Skins, Smiley's, And Self Expression

Down at the bottom of the forum screen is a dropdown, that will allow you to change the color and look of the forum. They are called "skins". Some of them do not allow smiley's, and the one I like to use, (I find it easier to read) does not. Yes, I will definitely have to work on my self-expression. I am swearing off smiley's!
