We're having a huge storm. The lights are flickering, and there is the possibility of a power outage. We'll be back ASAP.
Here is the warning from our weather service:
THESE HIGH WINDS WILL CAUSE FALLING TREES AND POWER OUTAGES ARE
LIKELY. THERE MAY BE DAMAGE TO SOME STRUCTURES. THERE IS A HAZARD
FROM FLYING DEBRIS TONIGHT. PEOPLE SHOULD RUSH TO COMPLETION
PREPARATION FOR HIGH WINDS...LOOSE OBJECTS AROUND THE YARD SHOULD
BE SECURED...BOAT MOORINGS SHOULD BE CHECKED.
THE STRONGEST WINDS SO FAR THIS SEASON ARE LIKELY TONIGHT.
They are saying and inch of rain per hour, and in our area, we have already racked up more.
Coyo is "holding it".
Possible Power Outage

One could argue that evolution suggests we’re not idiots, but I would say, “Well, no. Evolution just makes sure we’re not blithering idiots."

Hi we're back. It was the highest winds ever recorded. Quite something. I felt our house shake, like riding in a car. Lights out as far as we could see.
Hope everyone made it through okay. Give me a post, and let me know that you can get online.

We are currently up, but Seattle City Light is not exactly trustworthy about keeping power in this part of Seattle.
I'm easily distracted by squirrels.
