Hello to the public. You are welcome to ask questions, and our members will be happy to answer them. We have a large group--some very experienced, and some less. There are also, trainers, and professional dog handlers of many types, to comment on life with the American Indian Dog.

We even have some famous dogs!

Greetings.

If you can let us know what area of the country you live in, there may be a representative for the American Indian Dogs in your area. You would be able to speak to that rep and perhaps see their dogs if you are interested in finding out more about them. They are fascinating creatures and all of us owners are always happy to talk about our great dogs!

hello everyone ,

now I'm here , I would ask you if anyone recognize Takoda ,
because I'm still looking for his parents !?
He is born proberbly around the 15 of september 2005 ,
somewhere in the USA , because Wendy told us he's from there ,
(he can also be from Germany , because her father picked him up overthere at the airport , Wendy told us)
we get him at the 25th of november 2005 at Wendy's place .
she told us that he must be 9 or 10 weeks old at that time .
we don't get any papers from her or other information ,
so we are in the dark about his background .
Know's anyone Hopi , because Wendy told us that she's his mother , but I wonder ??
I'll hope that someone can tell us something or anything , that will help us .
I'll place some pictures from the moment we get him , how he looks now and proberbly his mother Hopi (in the snow)!

thanks !

Gosh he is a lovely dog. Perhaps someone will have some information for you. It is a shame that there are so many disreputable breeders. Wendy Shrievers is using Kim's pictures and words without permission to sell her hybrids. We are trying to stop her, and we thank you for informing us that she has started this...scam.

I hope, at least, that he is healthy, as some poor creatures she has sold, sadly, are not.

I can see from the pictures that he is happy and well taken care of. We will look forward to hearing more about Takoda.
