when I.m on the chat, sometimes I've a problem. The problem is the text I want to send , well I can't send it. How many times I try it just doesn't work, and then after a couple of minutes'I'll try again and than its possible to send but that will take so long that everybody thinks I'm not at the chat anymore.
Does anybody else has the same problems?

Thanks for telling us. I do not have this problem. But I have noticed that sometimes I can write two or three lines before one of you answers. I thought, they can't be typing that slow!

So we will see what bozola says.

Hi Allison
Yes, think I have also had the problem of typing a line but it won't enter.

Make sure that the disconnect Posted Image has not been hit - it should look like Posted Image.

All XML/javascript based-chat software is sensitive to network firewalls and local disconnect. The chat room currently exists as an unsecure publicly accessible service. It exists purely on an "as-is" basis.

So what he is trying to say is, your firewalls might be inhibiting your connection. From the Netherlands, you must be hitting,..what,...maybe 14 or 15 firewalls.
More locally, and in the Netherlands, you can check you firewall to make sure that it is allowing zsql, and this chatware through. There should be something about "always allow",....... Look in your spam filter, and you will see instances of zsql, or this chat software. Set it to allow that through. It should help, but it is insecure software. Secure software, like the forum, comes right through.

Bozola added this feature, for people that wanted the feel of a chat. But after using it, I can see why he prefers the forum, for communicating. Chat is fun, though.

well I'll take a look at my firewall and spamfilter (if I can find what you man )
And if I can't find it, well you all know whats going on when we don't answer at the chat.
And Allison the forum is great, the chat is just fun :)

Also, Bozola will surely upgrade us when/if he finds something better. Not a hot area in technology, anymore.

There are some far better tools available. When I have time, haha, I shall change the chat mechanism.
