LOL - OSHA has a Train the Trainer class for workplace Safety ..... LOL. Don't think it's the same class ..... On another Note: What is the difference between a Dog Behaviorist and a Dog Trainer? Is one a first level to the other or are they separate callings?
sschenck 236
A good example of a dog behaviorist is Cesar Milan, a behaviorist is more involved in helping dogs who have issues. A trainer just trains, handlers and dogs. I am sure a good behaviorist can train and a good trainer has behaviorist abilities. You wouldn't contact a behaviorist for obedience classes.
Melissa 14
Hello! I am so sorry I haven't been better at keeping everyone up to date. The seminar was called T3 launch - Train the Trainer with Sean O'Shea and Jeff Gellman. It was AMAZING! Super emersive, lots of hands on, just amazing. Long time forward of mine for sure. If the forum would allow me I would post pictures but everything I try to upload is way too big. Le'sigh. My dogs (AI dogs) didn't get much training time as I had a client's dog with me too. It was a ton of work to say the least. Labor of love though. If you haven't heard of these two please check them out on YouTube. They have so many free videos to help people train their dogs... They are set on doing great things in the world and building their tribe and it's been truly an honor to learn from Masters of the craft and be set on the same mission. Here's to crushing it.
