LakeGirl 779
What has been in the news is absolutely horrifying. Hard to imagine. There aren't enough emojis to express this. There has been one picture in several news sources of a search and rescue dog named SuzyQ that looks an awful lot like an AID. So many people and pets un-accounted for.....☹️😩😢🤕 Edited November 16, 2018 by LakeGirl
miz molly 1,800
Has anyone heard anything about / from Rik and Nita? I hope they are o.k. This is such a tragedy for so many......
Sherab 2,337
Paradise had a website listing the missing. I did not see anyone named "Rik" or Vandiver (via FB). I can't find the direct link today because so many other news agencies have picked up the story. Someone that knows the area might be able to get the right search terms and find the direct list. No update on FB since Nov 16 that I can tell.
NorCal 350
I did a little detective work and he has 3 fb accounts and I think a second pup named Chief Joseph...he posted on Nov 15-- "I didn't burn up" and that was it...hope they are all still ok!!
Greg 2,662
I wanted to let everyone know that Rik finally contacted Kim. He is staying at a church with his 2 AIdogs so they are OK. He will be posting here on the forum about his experience when he gets the opportunity.
miz molly 1,800
GREAT NEWS. Oh whew.....I'm so happy that Rik and his pups are safe. He has gone through a nightmare ordeal that is life changing. I hope he lets us know if there is anything that he needs, so we can all help him out.
