Subject: Upcoming LOCAL Actions You Can Take to Support Standing Rock Water Protectors!

Good morning R.E.D. community,

So many of you have been incredibly supportive of the Water Protectors in North Dakota and the Standing Rock No DAPL issue (opposing/blocking the Dakota Access Pipeline). We thank you for the support and constant dedication to helping the camps prepare for standing their ground this winter.

As many of you know, the pipeline route is being constructed as we speak to the north of Standing Rock and to the south of Standing Rock. The 1200 mile pipeline that starts in North Dakota and runs south-easterly continues to successfully be halted in the Cannon Ball area near Standing Rock, but the Black Snake corporate greed is quickly becoming more assertive in their attempt to illegally remove the Water Protectors. The time is more crucial than ever to support either financially or physically (they are calling for more Protectors as the stakes are growing higher and the amount of arrests are increasing).

Here in our community, we can support in all these ways. Here are three ways you can help immediately:

1. Support a local Go Fund Me campaign for the purchase of winter mukluks for the children and youth in camp. Check out this fantastic GFM link to learn more: https://www.gofundme.com/mukluks-for-kids-standing-rock-nd-2tth2vw

2. Attached is a flier for an inter-faith prayer gathering and benefit (ALL PATHS ONE PRAYER FOR STANDING ROCK) this Saturday, October 29 in Ashland.

3. Continue to contribute directly to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe @ standingrock.org

Thank you for all you do and we look forward to seeing many of you this weekend at the prayer gathering and benefit.

In solidarity ~ All Paths ~ One Prayer,

Jaimie
