Denise E. 1,485
Glad to hear Misha is OK from that Dog Park episode. You are right. These dogs seem to be GREAT communicators! Excellent pics!!!!! Thanks for the Update! I have been bad at updating. Alas, it's been boring for Tayamni. She needs some fun! Misha looks like she is having a LOT of fun in those pics!
KittynDoc 968
Gorgeous pics! Love the action shot...and I have the exact same harness for Wyot. Nice to know how our dogs rally, and really do take in what we try to teach them despite their stubborn streaks!
Caffeinatedasian 93
Misha's becoming such a wonderful canine companion, we went to the beach and she listened every time and came the second I'd call her back as it usually takes her a couple times to recall. She's grown braver too, as she jumped down a ledge into water, which she's always just whined and looked down and would find a more gradual slope to the water. And... She had her first swim! She usually doesn't go in past her belly so it was a shock to see her swimming. She's also gotten more vocal about certain things. Squirrels, at people drifting by in a boat, just many situations that she'd usually remain quiet in which is new, but she doesn't really bark at home, which I'm completely okay with. Some more pictures from the last couple weeks.

Caffeinatedasian 93
It's been a while. Misha and I have been busy backpacking and hiking all over oregon this past year. She's become quite the backpacking companion and is perfectly suited to my needs in a companion. She settles so well when we aren't out and about, currenlty asleep as I type this. Not much new other than she LOVES swimming, and will hop into water most chances she gets granted its warm enough. She and I took a 20mi backpacking trip in two days in the Wallowa Mountains, also referred to as the 'Swiss Alps of Oregon.' And that kept her quiet and mellow for at least a week before she was ready to go again. We've done over 50 hikes this year alone and I can't believe how well she is able to keep up and keep going even if we are all tired. I think she just gets charged by being outdoors and hiking. She has grown rather dog selective, while with most dogs she is fine with, very submissive in meeting, she has started fights with a couple of dogs, so we try to avoid crowded trails and parks. She sits at a dainty 26lbs and has quickly become my heart dog, as she has with others. She enamors everyone she meets and somehow spins them into her web. She's got quite the toy drive so I'm hoping to get her into some sports where she can really show off.

Caffeinatedasian 93
Are you a professional photographer? Those are absolutely beautiful. It's just a big hobby of mine. I do occasionally do shoots for people who want them. Misha makes for a good model.
Allison 2,369
. She enamors everyone she meets and somehow spins them into her web. I have one dog like this. She's a witch, a Svengali, a Siren... Kim warned me not to fall prey to her "tricky little mind", but it is amazing to watch her work her magic on people.
Sherab 2,337
Wow she has two "chest eagles". Very pretty. Cake can be a "bitch" too. Mostly she doesn't like other female dogs but not always. She was seriously jealous of Waka but not Lili and Koana. If she's on lead and we see her amp up, like at the beach we can tell her NO and she changes her tune. Then we praise the heck out of her. I don't really know what sets her off. Maybe she feels her title as UberPrincess is threatened? Fenris was obsessed with Waka and jilted Cake for her.
