Staff is nothing to play around with, as you know. Hit it hard and keep watch.

Thanks Allison & maria!

I am keeping a close watch on my girl.

I have Tayamni on probiotics as well as good Puppy kibble, a handful of cranberries, and sojos grain-free base mix.

She usually gets raw chicken parts twice a week but threw it back up last week - after being on the antibiotics a while so I'm holding off on fresh-thawed raw until after finished with the Clavamox for this course. -_-

I had a trial package of Stella & Chewy's freeze dried organic beef meal mixers and added that one meal and she loved it. I am ordering that and will add to her kibble every now and then in place of the raw chicken while on the antibiotic.

The culture showed that Clavamox is very effective for this infection. That's why we are continuing with it.

Her external discharge has been gone for a week but still on antibiotics so it has time to heal up internally.

Will watch her and hopefully this is the end of it.

If not, we will try a different antibiotic and then if still recurs I will take her to specialist to be scoped, doggy ob-gyn - lol!

If it comes back quick then the Vet and I will discuss going right to the specialist - hmmmmm, maybe I SHOULD have bought pet insurance :o

Praying that this course heals her up completely - she is a trooper!

It seems to me that all the AI Dogs have amazing personalities and resilience!

She has been getting hungrier, eating more but not gaining (getting fat) - at 11 months I think she has entered another growth spurt.

I wish she wasn't on antibiotics during growth spurt ..... next group training class starts tomorrow night
