Kim has allowed me to post pictures of Fawn's pups at four weeks of age. These pups are adorable aren't they.

Our Puppy is coming tomorrow Afternoon Flying into Boston Logan Airport !! Sooo Excited !!! Its been a whole year wait ! She's finally coming !

A smaller time-scale than "Creator's Time" is the City-Country dynamic. Joan & I are very patient but kept coming up against (in us entirely) "scheduling conflicts" with the Natural Rhythm of Thi

OMG - soooo precious!!!!!

unbelievable that there are so many changes in just a few weeks!

Keep looking back at the photo - waiting for the other pups to appear ..... ha ha, guess this isn't a Harry Potter movie where the photo in the newspaper is active .... LOL

I know it could be the lighting but I wonder if these are the three pups that weren't suckling when the 4 day old pics were taken ... there was some dark hairs on one of the cream ones - I wonder if that is now the silver looking pup in this photo?

Just musing because I've seen Siamese kittens and their color changes but not dogs.

Love the mask on the one facing in this photo, at least it looks like a mask , could be shadows ....

AGAIN, totally AMAZING the growth of the pups. I imagine their personalities are coming out and taking hold as well as all the physical changes.

Thanks Kim and Miz Molly for posting this pic.

Just the 'fix' I needed! :P:D

Our fearless leader, Kim, made a typo. The father to Fawns pups is Rowdy, not Jay. Just so you know.

Gee, Rowdy has been one busy man this year!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU KIM and GREG!

I'M IN PUPPY HEAVEN - THESE ARE GREAT! THE LITTLE PERSONALITIES ARE COMING OUT AND OHHHH THEY'RE SOOOOO CUTE! :P

ALL OF THEM, THE MASKS, THE PUGGIES, THE RUNT, THE ALPHA, THE LIGHT COLORS, DARK COLORS ..... can you tell I'm happy? B)

I'm going to keep looking at these over and over! (until Dancer's pup pictures are up ...... THEN I'LL BE LOOKING AT THEM ALL - OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

Of course I know we will have a break then Peyote's pups and Kona's were only a few days apart .... PUPPY PICTURE HEAVEN!

I've got a really good feeling that some where in there (summer litters) one pup is saying .... send me to that yellow house with the Red door!

I love the one that is singled out in its own photo ! Does anyone know if its a female ? Love the color of its fur...

Hi Willowtree55!

Have you seen the winter pup pics I think it was Kona & Peyote with Rowdy. I am curious to see if different physical genetics (looks) come out each breeding. (My sister and I are different physically and other attributes and we have same Mother & Father). It will be neat to see.

I'm am really excited about these summer pups too! Hoping there's a pup for me in the mix!

I definitely have 'looks' in my head of what I want and even a preferred sex but - I opted to leave that off the application because I have specifics of wants/ needs in personality.

Besides, from the owner postings, I've seen so many changes from puppy to adult. I don't think I could be disappointed with my perfect puppy match no matter what sex or color it is.

I think Greg has the best deal going! Helping Kim.

He gets to be around the dogs and puppies AND learn from Kim!

Once you do get your pup, I hope you update on the forum here so we can all enjoy.

(I'm vicariously living through other AID adventures right now)

I plan on staying on the forum - this is really a great bunch of people!

I'm living vicariously through the current owners too, and through the pics!!! Thanks for such great ones, Greg! I like the puppy who kept biting the other one's butt. Ooooooo this is so exciting. And yes, Denise, I agree, this is such a great bunch of people I plan to stay on this group too.

speaking of the changes from puppy to adult dog.. There is a Thread

And that is also why I try to include a good puppy pic of the featured dog each month on the Calendar. ;)

Just finished the topic and realized there were a lot of eye color changes also.

To borrow a quote from Allison 'Oh My Dog'!

I wondered if the pups eyes start out one color as wee ones and change a few weeks after their eyes open, but this ... can be changes up to full adulthood! AI Dogs are more intriguing and mystifying all the time!

I wonder if it's fully genetic (adult eye color or change set in genes, on a timer - if it's part environmental - where the pup grows up ?

(then, in Cake's case: does mood affect the prevalent coloring or just the lighting?)

I think I just added a nick name to my list: wonder dog, actually I liked Under Dog better as a show/cartoon.

Wonder dog was intelligent, bumbling or a demon dog - depending on the year and DC comic, show or Universe.

So, I guess I'll have to think about that ...

Hey, I remember Under Dog!!!! My nick name for Hawk, or should I say one of the many is "stinky butt boy", "frog dog", and "Hairy Hawk".
