Late Snow Storms At Song Dog Kennels

Recommended Posts

We are having a series of winter storms here in the Pacific Northwest. Snow one day followed by rain followed by snow and then rain again. Each snow brings only 4 to 6 inches before being washed away by the rain. The blanket of snow is nice to look at but the muddy mess afterward is not so nice. Here are a couple of pics Kim took after the first snow arrived the other day.

A winter wonderland with the song dogs....beautiful. I bet it is a mess when the rain comes and it all turns to mud. Enjoy the beauty while it lasts. Stay warm.

We have also been snowed in and lost power. Back up and running.

I am guessing you are continuing with the snow storms, as we are. Yesterday, we had a long bout of freezing rain, and then 4 inches of fresh, lovely snow on top.

People think they can drive.

Dogs are loving it.

Here in California, the fur is beginning to fly...little fur balls everywhere.
