Allison 2,369
He is adorable! I love the last pic; it was one of those...I'll just lay right here in the sun and sleep moments! Welcome!! I've recently been looking at some of those pictures of pups lying in the grass. I was thinking of a collage for the Dog of the Month, but then I worried people might say they looked dead. It would be really cute to those of us who know the pups. What do you think?

Fun and good idea. Here's Draco. When he's in the house, we can frequently tell how tired he is by how loud the "thud" is when he finds his sleeping spot!! Circle, scratch, circle, scratch, circle, THUD.

Circle, scratch, circle, scratch, circle, THUD. Oh, I do so know the sound you mean. Very funny. And in that picture, Draco could never be mistaken for dead.
Starghoti 466
Mistaken for dead, no. Mistaken for some sort of weird furry Yogi- maybe.. lol Here's a Jas (from way back. before he had a real name) Not nearly as cute as the pic of Draco, but it was his first back-sleep at our place.. awwwww. Allison 2,369
That is one of the ones that inspired me, plus some of those of Nidoba, and others.
miz molly 1,800
That little Arrow is so young in that pic..still chubby. That picture of Arrow and Ian is craking me up, because you can see in the other photos, how small Arrow is, and yet, it appears that he/she could overpower Ian. Great idea Allison. (doing one withclose ups of eyes would be pretty neat too as if you are not busy enough ). Here is Tolinka as a chubby pup. zzzzzzzzzzzzz http://www.iidoba.org/forums/style_images/.../attach_add.png Gib, that picture of Draco is priceless.
Allison 2,369
So I have moved these pictures, and ask all to look through your photos, and add any you might want to be included. I've got Arrow: http://www.iidoba.org/forums/uploads/monthly_12_2010/post-14853-1291752081.jpg

Gib 291
OK, Draco didn't look "dead" asleep in the last one, so here's Draco & Rocco.
Allison 2,369
Now that's pretty darn sweet. Got it saved.

kameha 0
You got me laughing. I love that one! Thanks, Allison. Cari gets herself into such interesting positions! We can't believe how flexible she is. I've started calling her 'Snake-dog', she's so long and flexible. Kameha

Roots 2
Here's one of my favorites..only because I remember taking her for her first 3 mile walk and loving when her after-burners finally stopped!
Allison 2,369
Maria, it's got to be the one with the cat. I have loved that photo for a long time--should make it a D of the M. Roots...she looks truly tuckered. That is really priceless, especially since it was probably the last time! Saved them both.
Starghoti 466
Ok- he's not a chubby puppy anymore, but he is a total goofball. This is one of his regular sleeping positions. He is stretched out behind me, wedged between me and the couch back. Usually for about half an hour- while I am on my computer, having my coffee. I guess it is his way of keeping tabs on when I get up to get their breakfasts! LOL front and back ends.
miz molly 1,800
Star, I know this position....Tolinka does this also when I am on the couch at my computer. They are "goof balls."

Allison 2,369
Oh, the little sweetie... That will be a good addition. I'm not sure that I have any. Don't think my pups were EVER worn out long enough to snap a photo. I'll look.
