drichard 481
Tayamni and Coffey arrived last weekend and have spent the week with us. Taymani, Boone and Houston are all Azteca X Jay Silverheels pups. Tayamni and Boone were litter mates in the fall 2014 and Houston was born spring 2015. Coffey is from the Nozie X Tonto fall 2015 litter. We have a YouTube video of the pictures we've taken so far.
Sherab 2,337
WOW they look great! I was a little worried about you, because Boone is Boone and 4 of them, 2 siblings but they look so calm. It's a little scary.
drichard 481
You'd hardly recognize Boone these days. He has matured into quite the responsible and well behaved dog, there were days I didn't think I'd ever say that! Houston has been a breeze of a puppy! She is happy go lucky and easy as can be. After Boone, I think we deserved that
mommom 371
Houston was/is for Boone the same way Kito was/is for Bandit. Not that they were unhappy in any way before, but they just find a new and completely amazing gear of happy once their companion shows up. They're just meant to be together, and so clear that they know they're kindred, they're inseparable.
Denise E. 1,485
WOW they look great! I was a little worried about you, because Boone is Boone and 4 of them, 2 siblings but they look so calm. It's a little scary. I guess Boone pulled a "Waki" move and got all responsible and stuff when Houston arrived. If he wasn't Tayamni's littermate I wouldn't have known it was him all calm and MR. Responsible. He must be older than her (by minutes to make that maturity gap?). She was running around like she was one of the pups (that are both a year old now) - anyway - I guess she thought she was on Spring Break!!!!!!

I feel like Sesame Street when I look at the picture - Coffey has different features. YET, they all knew they are AI Dogs!!!!!! You can see it in their play and rest and everything in between. I can only imagine what the people who get to go to the Gathering witness

drichard 481
I think the sand tire is brilliant. They have one at the daycare/boarding facility we use and the dogs love it
Denise E. 1,485
Oh I knew that! I don't know where I got that fall part from! Duh... Either from taking care of twice the amount of dogs you are used to for a week and a half, OR - maybe because Coffey is tiny compared to the others. Even Houston! Denise E. 1,485
Hi ALL! We are back home from the to go to ceremony, see elders and friends and all around adventure - what can we find! It was more fun making pit stops with 2 dogs this year. Probably because Kelli had a pup to travel with too! Here are some more pics when visiting Denise & Nick:
