I wonder if Tsuki might be from Nose x Flint? The face markings are very similar to Coffey from Nose x Tonto.

Tsuki is an AI Dog, yes?

Just wondering ....

Yes she is. I've been watching that litter grow up because I'm so in love with Nose. I'm thinking I might try to get her from Kim if she retires in 2 years or so. She just looks so happy all the time. Gorgeous girl.

I've heard Nose is really sweet.  She has a wily look in some early pics that Coffey inherited.  :P

Ahh, Coffey is Tsuki's older half brother!  This Mom really has a strong influence in some of the pup color patterns I guess, kind of like a trademark ...the zig zag lines on the sides of the face!

I met a Nose x Tonto pup from Portland last month! Her name was Scout, just about two years or so, not sure. Her and Tsuki both resemble Nose. These dogs are so cool, and I doubt I'll go with another breed! I want more LOL

Misha just got spayed yesterday. Slept for the rest of the day and is doing much better today. She ate quite a bit and drank and is trying to play with some toys. It's pretty hilarious when she has her cone on because she'll freeze and hang her head like it's too heavy. She's doing a good job on taking it slow, although we have to help her up stairs and on and off furniture.

Here's her riding a horse from earlier this week. 19642492_323157124844404_7831647035367183594_n.jpg

All these puppy pictures are making me miss my potbellied puppy. She grew up so fast.

Brief update, though we haven't been up to much. Training is going phenomenal. Biggest thing is heeling! Its been hard to teach, though we are making slow progress towards walking on a loose leash. Other than that, she is great, sometimes she'll have a stubborn streak and ignore me until she decides shes done exploring. Most of the time she'll come when called the first time. She got spayed a month ago, and it's healed beautifully. Keeping her mellow wasn't difficult, as she mostly regulated herself and stayed calm until it was healed.

The stomping as stopped. She's gotten rather sneaky about running around the house. Only stomping when she's excited.

We had our first negative dog park experience, german shepherd came after Misha aggressively. Teaching her that I'm a safe zone when she's anxious about something has been the best thing i've taught her. She came to me and I was able to keep the dog off of her, though. They left and went through a different gate to come into the park, so I hadn't left. Dog comes running towards us, and Misha beelines for a corner, yelling her head off before looping back to me. She got her point across and it sniffed at her and walked away. I feel it was entirely her ability to communicate to that dog. No one was harmed, thankfully!

Currently her favorite thing to do is rally every dog in the park to play a game of chase. She's quick for her size, but there's always a dog that's quicker.

We got our first snow for the year a few days ago! Misha's been in the snow, but it's never snowed when she was in it. She was unsure at first but when beserk when she got to play in it... at 1am. We both had a ton of fun playing in the snow.

Glad to hear Misha is OK from that Dog Park episode. You are right. These dogs seem to be GREAT communicators!

Excellent pics!!!!!   Thanks for the Update!  I have been bad at updating.  Alas, it's been boring for Tayamni.  She needs some fun!

Misha looks like she is having a LOT of fun in those pics!  :D

Gorgeous pics! Love the action shot...and I have the exact same harness for Wyot. Nice to know how our dogs rally, and really do take in what we try to teach them despite their stubborn streaks! :P

Misha's becoming such a wonderful canine companion, we  went to the beach and she listened every time and came the second I'd call her back as it usually takes her a couple times to recall. She's grown braver too, as she jumped down a ledge into water, which she's always just whined and looked down and would find a more gradual slope to the water.

And... She had her first swim! She usually doesn't go in past her belly so it was a shock to see her swimming.

She's also gotten more vocal about certain things. Squirrels, at people drifting by in a boat, just many situations that she'd usually remain quiet in which is new, but she doesn't really bark at home, which I'm completely okay with.

Some more pictures from the last couple weeks.
