Denise E. 1,485
When typing to Post, I use the return / Enter key and have even tried entering twice but I'm still getting the same result when my Post is viewable on the Forum. (Just entered twice here) How do I get paragraph breaks in a single post? Denise
Denise E. 1,485
Oh YEAH! The More Reply Options TAB!!!! I think I figured it out by accident.
Starghoti 466
There is also an intermittent bug with HTML formatting of text.. (underlining, bold, etc..) And sometimes the extra stuff- buttons for easy formatting, smilies, etc.. don't show up.
Allison 2,369
Really.... I can do it. I can do it from both quick and full editor. I wonder if it is a browser issue. Interesting. I will try it in another browser. What browser are you using?
Allison 2,369
Here I am in Explorer. How does it do?
Allison 2,369
Not well. Here is some underlining. Oh yeah that is very weird. Bold me. Oh that is strange indeed. Will this all be on one line?
Allison 2,369
Okay so that last one made paragraphs, but the font effects showed that strange glitch. Full editor much better. Will continue to look into it. Bold glitch still visible.†What goofiness.
Denise E. 1,485
I have IE10. No formatting or hard returns allowed for me. It happens from the work computer and the home computer. I found that NEAT "More Reply Options" Tab - it only took me 5 days to figure it out. (hit Enter - twice) I didn't ask the question right away ... LOL! (hit enter once) I'm happy that I can work under that tab PS I have Chrome on this computer also - I may just try a reply from there to see if it is something in IE10. ...... same bat channel ... Denise E. 1,485
Hey that was IE10 - doesn't let me bold or hard return but it did add an EMOCON! I typed a colon and a parenthesis.
Denise E. 1,485
AHHHHHHHHH! I'm in Google Chrome! and I have a tool bar above my "REPLY" field in regular Post. †OK, hard return is a little FUNKY - †Let's see about UNDERLINE‹ so far I've used Bold, Italics, hard return, and underline. HEY --- NOW it just hard returned withOUT those funky characters!!!!!! PS the tool bar I have here, looks like the IE10 browser "More Reply Options" so I'll just keep using that because IE is my default. Sorry, too lazy to go to another work computer that has MoZilla on it - Ooops did I say I was at work???? It's almost 6PM here, and I'm Salary so I just have to get the work done on time and correctly. Really it is time for me to go home. Denise
Denise E. 1,485
Ooops I had three Emocons and I guess the site didn't like the first one. Hmmm, still in Chrome no funky hard return this time. three emocons with a space before the first one. (Trying just for fun) OK, i troubleshoot and write service tickets as part of my job - LOL!
