odette 0
Hello everyone , I would like to know , from you Dutch owners of AID’s , when you bought a AID from Wendy and she flew the AID over from America to the Netherlands , if they were chipped and was found/read by the Dutch vet !? If not , I want to ask you to make a appoinment at the vet and let it checked ! Because Wendy has/had a legall obligation to sell a AID WITH chip , when she import !! If this is not the case , I want to make a list of all those who hasn’t a American chip and go to a judge with this list , because on THAT moment when Wendy sell’s a AID , she was a offical breeder , so she must follow the rules ! For those who are chipped with the American chip , I would like to ask for a discription and some information of the American chip . To see if the American chip and the Dutch chip are the same or not ?? Thanks for the cooperation Odette
Allison 2,369
I believe that pups shipped from the US, have only recently required a chip. They also have to be older, now. I think these last three, were the first Kim had to send chipped, but I'll check to be sure.

odette 0
the problem is not only that they can't read the american chip in Holland , but very often the numberson it are already registered on an other dog in Holland. That's strange, because the regulations are that the chipnumber must start with a code that represents the country the dog was chipped. In holland for instance, de chipnumber must start with 528 and USA has a other countrycode. I think it weird that de rules are that every dog imported to Holland has to be choipped but the vets can't read the chip! Odette
