I'm on pins and needles too, Girl. We asked for a girl to keep little Waki on his toes through life. Waki was born Dec 7thish, his picture was posted under pups some time in January @ 6 weeks or so and we got the call Feb 14  . So if Little Bear and Ice Blue had litters in mid December, would think it won't be long.

Sherab, I didn't realize that you were on the list for another one. Thats great! Maybe there will be another set of brothers and sisters on here soon.

Yes we got on earlier than we originally intended for a few reasons. Shiva is 10 in 2 months, Tara just turned 9 and we want them to parent the new pup while they still can. Also Waki gets lonely and prone to get in trouble because of the mismatch in energy levels. I am savoring the time we have with him as an "only pup" but there are days when we really think he needs an age appropriate life companion to run him until he drops. Since we want a girl and we want to be able to tell her apart from Waki at a distance (it's important to be yelling drop it to the right dog...), not sure how long our wait will be. Glad you and Tonya are so active on the site. I am looking forward to a whole new series - days in the lives of puppy adventures.

Oh no- I remember the 2nd pup wait.. It is almost worse than the first time, because you KNOW what you are waiting for now. :)

Congrats!

And I wouldn't worry too much about telling them apart. Not really that many black/tan pups. So much variety of color. We just had a heavy run on that coloring this last year. I think, due to the Tahltan influence :)

Oh my God those pups are so cute.

After our Billy passed away in august 2011 , I wanted another Indian Dog but Belinda my wife wanted another border collie. So we decided to get another border collie and 3 month later we got Bradley.

But I swear that the next pup will be an Indian Dog again.

Welcome aboard Oocahtah. I am looking forward to seeing pics of Mooka. There is something about dogs and snow and watching them totally go nuts running (a great case of the zoomies) and digging through the fluffy white stuff. Sounds like a happy home for all. My pup Tolinka's ("Big flapping ears of a coyote" in Miwok) dad is Shappa as well. He is one handsome dude! It looks like Mooka and Tolinka are cuzzzzins. Yeah! See you around on the forum.
