Allison 2,369
I planted lettuce, yesterday. Anyone else? Judy, do you still have snow? I was wondering of you have started things in that lovely greenhouse, yet?

I was wondering of you have started things in that lovely greenhouse, yet? Well, my dear friend, it's snowing as we speak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing started yet. We normally can't put anything in the ground until after Mother's Day. We have an extremely short growing season. We'll probably start our veggies next month!!! I'm envious of the lettuce -- nothing like a fresh salad. Can't wait.
Starghoti 466
We are awaiting another break in the rain to re-rototill the garden. And I will start some seeds this coming week. (once I figure out a growing shelf for a window.. we have no sills Blue Eucalyptus and Pink candy-tuft pampas grass. Plus weird/exotic varieties of tomato and carrot and broccoli and lettuce, collards and beans and peas and corn later, along with Marshmallow flowers and other such. Kim should be starting to plant puppy seeds soon too- yes? LOL
Allison 2,369
Judy, I feel for you. I planted blueberries, today. I wished I had kept a journal, last year, but no time like the present, right? After that last snow, everything is going crazy.
